What we cover in this course
We will cover all the basic questions people ask me, and the dating tips I have learned and taught while working with many successful daters. Questions like: how can I meet a person with “the right stuff” to make me happy in a relationship? How should I prepare for a date? How does my attitude impact my success? How do I know which dates to accept and when to turn one down?
Dating 101 – what are the first steps? These are tips for how to let others know you want to date and what you are looking for. I cover advice about references or online profiles, photographs, and genetic screening. I talk about the emotional impact of dating: dealing with the very normal positive feelings like excitement, and very normal less positive feelings like anxiety or disappointment.
I really want to see everyone get off to the best possible start, and so maximize the potential for success and enjoyment in dating. So I included further useful advice about presenting yourself and how that is perceived by others, lessons to help you develop your list of preferences and priorities, and more about human relationship skills: the first date conversation, general communication skills and the art of conversation, and developing an attitude of appreciation in dating and marriage.
